A Cheeseman Park farm

Fresh microgreens, with a special love for pea shoots, are grown indoors in Denver's Cheesman Park neighborhood. The balcony garden overlooking historic Cheesman Park produces most of the fresh produce we enjoy ourselves and reflects the same love of growing that goes into every tray of microgreens. They say it's bad luck to live beside an old cemetery. We've found it's a pretty good place to put down roots.

What’s growing?

You'll always find our core favorites—pea shoots, sunflowers, radish, broccoli, and wasabi—alongside a rotating selection of specialty microgreens and unique varieties. Pea shoots are our passion, with multiple varieties in rotation at any given time, each bringing its own flavor, texture, and character. We especially love the sweetest varieties, including the ones that inspire us to blend pea shoots into homemade ice cream. Beyond our staples, you'll find rotating microgreens such as arugula, cabbage, kale, melon, and mustards, with new varieties always being explored.
